Job Summary: Responsible for purchasing food items, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring delivery deadlines to prevent stockouts, and creating performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in purchasing food or raw materials 2. Negotiation skills 3. Intermediate Excel Responsibilities: Purchase food items (perishables, dry goods, fruits and vegetables, and proteins). Negotiate with suppliers. Monitor delivery deadlines to prevent stockouts. Create performance indicators. Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
