Direct interaction with repair shops, automotive centers, and suppliers to develop strategic solutions, control costs, and ensure accurate compatibility of purchased parts. **Key responsibilities:** * Request quotations, negotiate, and purchase automotive parts; * Maintain regular contact with repair shops, automotive centers, and suppliers to secure better lead times, prices, and commercial terms; * Track purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and verify invoices; * Update internal systems with current information on parts, orders, and suppliers; * Provide technical support to internal departments regarding part compatibility and specifications; * Dispatch parts to other states; * Perform deliveries and provide logistical support to partner repair shops when necessary; * Receive, inspect, and organize parts in inventory; * Ensure proper verification and inspection of parts invoices; * Assist in organizing and controlling inventory to ensure improved material traceability.
