We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong negotiation skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct price quotations and negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Purchase construction materials, supplies, equipment, and technical items according to project specifications. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred). * Prior experience in procurement for **civil construction** or similar areas. * Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and construction processes. * Negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
