Job Summary: A professional responsible for tracking and invoicing orders, monitoring processes, identifying improvements, and issuing fiscal invoices—ensuring timeliness and accuracy in deliveries. Experience with tax routines and ERP systems. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Monitor the portfolio of immediate orders, scheduled orders, and outstanding orders from previous periods, ensuring all are fulfilled according to established priorities. Perform and monitor daily billing for group companies, ensuring compliance with service deadlines. Monitor the billing process flow, following up on sales orders generated by the commercial department. Identify opportunities for process improvement to accelerate delivery timelines and eliminate processing errors. Issue sales pre-invoices, verifying stock availability and forwarding them to the shipping department for picking. Issue sales, export, import, third-party return, and other required fiscal invoices as requested by the tax department. Monitor the billing system’s operation to prevent errors or delays in fiscal invoice issuance, deliveries, and continuity of the shipping process. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. Prior experience in billing and shipping, including knowledge of tax routines and document control. Advanced Excel skills for report generation and information management.
