They work in the pantry or at the counter, ensuring material restocking, support to the dining area, and cleanliness of the workstation, following sanitary regulations. Main Functions and Responsibilities: Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, juices, alcoholic drinks), quick snacks, breakfast items, and appetizers. Cleaning and Organization: Wash dishes, cutlery, glasses, and pantry equipment, while keeping countertops and work areas clean. Mise\-en\-place: Prepare the workstation by organizing utensils, plates, and setting up tables or counters before service. Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish pantry items such as sugar, napkins, beverages, and food, reporting purchasing needs.
