Enter purchase requests, input data for quotation procedures, and issue purchase orders. Support inventory management by verifying material restocking needs. Support delivery deadline monitoring. Organize, archive, and maintain up-to-date purchase records. Collaborate with other company departments to ensure internal demand fulfillment. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; Basic/Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organized, proactive, punctual, and focused; * Preferred: Technical qualification in Administration and/or Marketing. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (1-hour lunch break).
