Watch the video and discover more about who we are. **About the Role** * Verify outgoing goods at dispatch; * Monitor and track product movement during dispatch; * Control and record damages to products and packaging; * Prepare reports and incident records; * Identify and report issues that may cause losses; * Monitor loss indicators (breakages, thefts, errors, and discrepancies), analyzing root causes; * Track daily dispatched volumes versus system-recorded volumes; * Collect driver signatures on cargo manifests; * Document incidents, analyze data, and present reports to management; * Develop and implement loss prevention plans, correcting failures and optimizing processes. **Be the Difference** You possess the following qualifications, experience, and competencies: * Completed high school education (preferred: undergraduate studies in Logistics underway); * Experience in loss prevention; * Knowledge of logistics processes (especially in distribution centers is a plus); * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (PDCA, Ishikawa/Fishbone Diagram); * Analytical, proactive, organized, and disciplined mindset; * Strong communication skills for team interaction and report presentation. **What We Offer?** At Fagron, you’ll find a dynamic, open environment full of opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.
