**Know Your Mission:**
* Monitors deliveries via the picking control dashboard and SAP system, ensuring correct order allocation to each picker; handles shipments with stock shortages, pending transport order (TO) generation, and batch swaps;
* Ensures all orders are picked within stipulated deadlines and validates them in the system for subsequent invoice issuance. Possesses knowledge of route planning, monitors the loading process, and verifies that all orders scheduled for the day are ready and en route to the customer;
* Tracks demands registered by the Customer Service Center (CSC), including replenishments and pickups requested. Is aware of area reports and KPIs, though may require additional guidance for deeper understanding;
* Directs picking staff using the picking control dashboard and SAP system, ensuring tasks are completed within the stipulated delivery deadline;
* Manages stock shortage cases and diagnoses issues via the dashboard, proposing improvement measures for the operational area. Handles all internal procedures related to returns;
* Demonstrates autonomy and proficiency in order distribution processes, assumes responsibility for yard organization, and guides the team when necessary;
* Ensures both productivity and customer satisfaction regarding goods pickup processes, and maintains strict control over dispatch- and pickup-related orders, guaranteeing timely delivery;
* Interprets dashboard data, adapts effectively to complex situations, and improves existing processes efficiently. Independently manages stock shortage situations, collaborating directly with the manager to resolve them;
* Participates in briefing meetings, identifying areas requiring improvement in logistics, proposing ideas to enhance picker efficiency, and providing efficient guidance and direction to the team;
* Monitors stock shortages and rotating inventories, produces inventory reports, and significantly contributes to understanding and overcoming challenges related to demarcation reduction;
* Executes inventory management, validates stock shortages and any identified discrepancies, closely monitors the demarcation KPI, and promotes and implements adjustments as needed;
* Acts as a multiplier in inventory management within their unit, assuming responsibility for overseeing all inventory management procedures and actively supporting the Supply area in developing inventory management reports;
* Ensures execution of both system-based and physical inventories, preventing counting errors and adjustment mistakes;
* Notifies the registration team whenever material master data updates are required—identified during verification—to facilitate smooth and trouble-free receipt processing;
* Releases all received invoice stubs, confirming successful completion of related processes. Confirms that all received invoices have been successfully processed by end-of-shift. Archives fiscal documents efficiently and systematically;
* Notifies suppliers who failed to comply with internal safety standards and established procedures;
* Collaborates in loss prevention, safeguards goods quality and storage conditions, keeps pallet and waste control spreadsheets up to date, and conducts related audits;
* Keeps FreightFOB entries updated and provides full support to resolve payment pending items;
* Controls the receiving warehouse, ensuring continuous updates and preventing product stagnation exceeding 24 hours;
* Manages supplier return invoices, maintains active communication for credit note solutions, correctly creates DTs to prevent unrecorded NFs, and executes reversal processes with full follow-up until final process stage;
* Supports control of section supplies.
