**Project Manager \- Optimus (Kearney)** -------------------------------------------- Work Mode: On-site in Fortaleza ### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, structure, and lead all phases of the Optimus Project. * Develop and maintain an executive and detailed project schedule. * Monitor contractual execution, SLAs, and deliverables. * Coordinate activities across internal departments, vendors, and partners. * Ensure adherence to milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables. * Lead progress review meetings, status reporting, and executive alignment sessions. * Manage scope, changes, risks, blockers, and action plans. * Ensure compliance with corporate methodologies, processes, and governance frameworks. * Provide executive-level project oversight in collaboration with business and IT leadership. * Consolidate and present executive status reports containing: + Schedule progress; + Risks and impacts; + Project KPIs; + Financial status; + Outstanding items and critical actions. * Ensure structured communication among all project stakeholders. * Facilitate technical and executive committees. * Act as a facilitator between technical teams, operations, business units, and vendors. ### **Required Competencies** * Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects involving multiple vendors. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, hybrid). * Experience with corporate integration projects and SAP environments. * Executive-level management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills. * Knowledge of governance, risk management, and financial tracking of projects. * Desired experience in logistics, distribution, route optimization, or supply chain projects. * Analytical, organizational, and results-oriented profile. ### **Solutions and Platforms Involved** * Optimus (Kearney) * SIVA (Softmovel) * Roadnet / Delivery Tracking (Solera) * Delivery Chatbot (Supernova) * Optimile (Kearney) * SAP integrations (various modules and interfaces) * And/or other related systems. ### **Support for Procurements** * Coordinate vendors involved in the delivery of the Optimus Project. * Support procurement and acquisition processes related to the project. * Validate alignment between contracted scope and actual execution. * Support Supply/Procurement and internal departments on topics including: + Statements of Work (SOWs), + Requests for Information (RFIs), + Requests for Quotation (RFQs), + Technical and commercial evaluations, + Contract management. ### **Implementation and Integration Management** * Coordinate planning and monitoring of implementations for the involved solutions. * Ensure alignment among technical tracks, integrations, and systemic dependencies. * Monitor test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and implementation activities. * Ensure oversight of integrations between solutions and SAP. * Coordinate contingency plans, rollback procedures, and operational risk mitigation.
