Job Summary: A procurement professional to manage quotations, negotiations, and end-to-end purchase order follow-up, aiming at cost optimization and supplier relationship management. Cost analysis and pursuit of expense reduction **Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Issue purchase orders and ensure correct transmission to suppliers; * Perform end-to-end purchase order follow-up—from issuance through final delivery—ensuring timeliness, quantities, and compliance; * Proactively address delays, discrepancies, or non-conformities; * Maintain continuous communication with suppliers and internal departments regarding procurement progress; * Analyze purchase requisitions in accordance with internal policies; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Support supplier evaluation and qualification; * Contribute to cost analysis and identification of expense reduction opportunities; * Control and organize procurement process documentation. **Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement or supply chain; * Strong experience with **purchase order follow-up and deadline management;** * Experience negotiating with suppliers; * Organizational skills and sense of urgency; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical and proactive mindset; * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; * Ability to perform controls using Excel; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * **Easy access to the Campinas region (Jardim Miryan Moreira Costa).** **Benefits and Conditions:** * Salary: Between R$3.500,00 and R$4.000,00 (gross) * Meal allowance (R$605.00 per month) * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Health insurance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$3.500,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Questions: * Are you available to work 100% onsite in Campinas? * Is your salary expectation aligned with R$4.000,00 (CLT)? * Do you have intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge, including process controls and tracking? * Have you previously performed cost analysis or expense reduction in procurement? * Have you conducted purchase order follow-up, monitoring delivery deadlines with suppliers? * Do you have experience negotiating prices and commercial terms with suppliers?
