We are looking for a **Solutions Engineering Coordinator** to join our **Solutions Engineering** team, composed of highly qualified engineers and developers. Our team operates at the intersection of technology and strategy, delivering innovative technical solutions for integration, personalization, and customer experience challenges. We work on cutting-edge projects, including implementations of engagement platforms, CDPs, and personalization platforms from major vendors such as Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, and Adobe. As the Solutions Engineering Coordinator, your primary objective will be to ensure delivery quality, manage the team’s demand queue, track working hours, participate in recruitment and selection processes, manage client portfolios, support SOW and new contract definition. If you enjoy solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and working collaboratively, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitoring of demands; * Approval and monitoring of team time entries; * Support in creating, maintaining, and updating departmental KPIs; * Providing technical support to analysts, leads, and specialists on the team; * Validating vacation schedules with the team and approving them; * Managing and distributing client portfolios across the team to optimize operational structure; * Supporting budgeting of effort hours for Solutions Engineering teams’ activities; * Managing conflicts within the team, with external teams, and with clients; * Planning and assisting in implementing process improvements for the Solutions Engineering area; * Supporting management in building and executing departmental roadmaps; * Designing training and development dynamics for the team under your supervision, including knowledge-sharing sessions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Programming logic; * Experience with at least one programming language; * Knowledge of relational databases; * Understanding of cloud solution fundamentals and architecture; * Intermediate/advanced English; * Experience managing both your own activities and those of resources under your supervision; * Knowledge of PDI (Individual Development Plan) creation; * Experience conducting performance evaluations for team members under your supervision; * Experience providing feedback to team members; * Knowledge of methodologies for defining KPIs to monitor departmental performance; * Methodologies for defining, executing, and controlling processes. **Additional information** **Minimum Education:** Completed Bachelor's Degree **Field of Study:** Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science **Desirable:** Experience/specialization in one or more platforms from the MC BU’s service portfolio (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Responsys, etc.) Being a **Pmweber** means finding a collaborative space full of growth opportunities.
