This person will collaborate closely with UX, Design, and Back\-End teams to build scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions—actively participating in technical decisions and system evolution. **Key Responsibilities:** Define and promote software development best practices; Develop and maintain web applications using React; Program, code, and test systems, transitioning between Front\-End and Back\-End projects as needed; Implement complex features while ensuring quality and performance; Analyze, validate, and implement solutions proposed by UX and Design teams; Actively participate in agile methodologies, team ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous delivery processes; Ensure proper application of scalability, performance, and security principles in web applications; Consume and integrate APIs following REST and GraphQL standards; Monitor adherence to software development best practices across projects; Evaluate and validate the coverage and quality of existing tests; Validate new features and improvements in applications; Monitor application performance and propose ongoing optimizations; Propose and implement technological enhancements to systems; Proactively anticipate opportunities and identify issues, developing preventive, agile, and effective solutions; Support and mentor junior developers, contributing to technical project decisions; Maintain systems by making adjustments according to user needs; Perform debugging, testing, and maintenance of already-developed features. **Requirements:** Solid experience developing web applications with React; Knowledge of web project standards and architecture; Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar); Experience with TDD, automated testing, and code quality practices; Knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs; Familiarity or practical experience with web application performance, scalability, and security; Experience with code versioning (Git); Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. **Nice-to-Haves:** Prior experience integrating Front\-End and Back\-End; Knowledge of CI/CD and continuous delivery pipelines; Experience with monitoring and observability tools; Experience in high-scale environments; Previous experience in technical support, mentoring, or technical leadership roles; Knowledge of Front\-End architecture best practices. **Work Location: Remote** **Why build your career at Insi?** Because here you think, decide, and create together.
