IT Process Automation Internship

Description

Position: IT Process Automation Internship Location: Vila Mariana – São Paulo/SP \| Hybrid Model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) Company: Expert Ocupacional Key Responsibilities: The intern will focus on process design, automation, and continuous improvement using the Jestor ERP, and will be responsible for: * Supporting operational workflow mapping and documentation. * Configuring processes, forms, automations, and approval workflows within the Jestor ERP; * Identifying opportunities to optimize and eliminate manual tasks; * Adjusting and enhancing internal applications in Jestor to improve operational efficiency; * Supporting the creation and updating of dashboards and performance indicators for KPI tracking; * Participating in continuous improvement projects with incremental deliveries and a focus on automation; Requirements: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Desirable (not mandatory): * Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP); * Basic knowledge of SQL, programming logic, or databases; * Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools; * Knowledge of BPM, BPMN, or process mapping; * Basic understanding of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Academic or practical experience with no-code/low-code process automation; * Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar; * Interest in technology, automation, and operational optimization.
