We are driven by technology, community, and real impact, and we believe our greatest differentiator is our people. **About the Team** Build and evolve scalable, resilient, and secure full-stack applications—working on the backend with .NET on AWS and on the frontend with Angular—ensuring high platform performance and a seamless user experience, while actively contributing to technical decisions that directly impact customer experience and business scalability. **What We Expect From You:** On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Develop, maintain, and evolve APIs and services in .NET, focusing on performance, quality, and best practices. * Develop, maintain, and evolve web interfaces in Angular, ensuring quality, performance, and an excellent user experience. * End-to-end integrate frontend and backend, ensuring consistency of API contracts and data flows. * Participate in architecture decisions and technical solution design for scalable systems on AWS, both backend and frontend. * Continuously improve infrastructure performance, observability, stability, and cost—including frontend application performance and accessibility. * Collaborate closely with Product, Design (UX), DevOps, and other engineers—contributing to code reviews, refinement sessions, and technical decisions. **Expected Outcomes (First 3 Months)** * Deliver relevant end-to-end features (frontend and backend) autonomously and with quality, adhering to team standards. * ✅ Quickly understand the current architecture and propose structural improvements. * Identify technical bottlenecks (performance, technical debt, security) and suggest action plans. * Actively participate in code reviews to elevate the team’s technical level. * ️ Contribute to improving pipelines, automated tests, and best practices. * Demonstrate genuine ownership over deliverables—going beyond "it works". **Requirements to Assume This Role:** **Desired Experience:** * Prior experience at technology companies with scalable digital products. * Experience in cloud-first environments and agile teams. * Participation in projects with high technical complexity or high transactional volume. * Experience reducing technical debt or leading structural refactoring efforts. * Experience in fintech, payments, or mission-critical transactional systems. **Hard Skills (Technical Competencies):** * Strong experience with C# and .NET (preferably .NET Core / .NET 6+). * Strong experience with frontend development in Angular (preferably recent versions), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management. * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), responsive design, componentization, and accessibility best practices (a11y). * Experience consuming REST APIs on the frontend, client-side authentication/authorization, and end-to-end integration with backend services. * + Frontend performance best practices (lazy loading, bundle optimization, change detection) and frontend testing (Jasmine/Karma, Jest, Cypress). * + ️ Practical AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM). * Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, messaging, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL). * Security best practices, authentication (OAuth, JWT), automated testing, and CI/CD. * Experience with unit and integration testing (backend and frontend). * ️ Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural best practices. **Soft Skills (Behavioral Competencies):** * Listens, questions, and contributes technically without imposing. * Clear communication—able to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. * Mindset of continuous improvement and openness to feedback. * Systems thinking—understands how one’s work impacts the business. * Autonomy with accountability (does not wait for direction on everything). ✨ **What We Also Value:** Our positions are open to everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or disability.
