Organization and monitoring of material counts and inventories Warehouse Clerk – Construction Company and Real Estate Developer – Londrina/PR – \#1123 **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to work on a construction site in Londrina/PR. This person will be responsible for managing the construction site warehouse, controlling materials, organizing inventory, and supporting logistical routines, ensuring supplies arrive correctly at the site and that information is updated in internal systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform daily warehouse routines on the construction site, following internal logistics standards and inventory control procedures. * Organize and monitor material counts and inventories whenever necessary. * Receive products and materials sent by the Procurement Department, conduct physical and documentary (invoice) verification, and record information for the site’s administrative manager. * Organize material distribution to the construction site, receive internal requisitions, perform picking, delivery, and system-based inventory deductions. * Execute material receipt processes from suppliers, control and organize stored materials, and ensure their proper allocation to work fronts. * Provide support in decision-making for material procurement, flagging needs and potential shortages to the responsible team. **Mandatory Requirements** * Reside in Londrina/PR. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics (or related fields). * Solid experience (minimum 2–3 years) in warehouse operations and material inventory control. * Experience in construction sites or field operations is a strong advantage. * Basic computer skills, with emphasis on Excel for controls and recordkeeping. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in large-scale residential construction site warehouses (mid- to high-end projects). * Familiarity with the Sienge system or similar construction management software. * Strong ability to assess material consumption patterns to support purchasing and restocking decisions. **Job Conditions** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * Work model: On-site, at the construction site. * Work location: Londrina/PR. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute lunch break. * Salary range: BRL 2,500.00, negotiable up to BRL 3,500.00 depending on experience and profile fit. * Benefits: Meal voucher or food allowance (BRL 1,030.00\), transportation voucher or fuel card (BRL 240.00\), life insurance, birthday day off, Gympass (up to 3 dependents), and a 2.5% discount on purchasing properties developed by the construction company. **How to Apply** If you have warehouse experience, enjoy organizing inventory, controlling materials, and working in a construction site environment—and identify with this opportunity—apply via this posting.
