Budget control and supplier negotiations Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Ability to lead teams and manage personnel * Capacity for scheduling planning and organization * Knowledge of civil construction standards and regulations * Ability to make quick and decisive decisions * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Desirable: Knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, and sanitation is desirable Responsibilities and Duties: * Supervise all stages of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and technical specifications. * Manage work teams, including hiring and training professionals, assigning tasks, and monitoring individual and collective performance. * Control project budgets, monitor expenditures, and seek alternatives to minimize costs and optimize resources. * Negotiate with suppliers and partners to secure optimal purchasing terms and ensure material and service quality. * Conduct technical oversight of construction sites, verifying project execution and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Prepare construction progress reports, presenting information on status, timelines, and issues encountered, along with proposed solutions. * Monitor and control licensing and regularization processes for construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal and environmental requirements. * Manage service contracts, evaluating contractor performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Participate in meetings and presentations, representing the company and sharing updates on ongoing projects.
