production of materials such as playbooks, user guides, one\-pagers, knowledge pills, FAQs, presentations, video scripts, learning paths, and support content. * Facilitate interviews, workshops, feedback sessions, roadshows, trainings, and alignment forums with users and leadership. * Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, Data, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams to gather user feedback and convert it into actionable insights. * Define and monitor adoption, engagement, maturity, change readiness, training effectiveness, and perceived value metrics. * Identify adoption risks and barriers, proposing mitigation plans and reinforcement actions in partnership with program leadership. * Support integration among change management, communication, customer success, support, and program governance. * Contribute to establishing routines, processes, and forums that ensure alignment, visibility, and continuity of change throughout the program’s evolution. **For this role, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Public Relations, Information Systems, Design, Project Management, or related fields. * Fluency in verbal and written Portuguese and English. * Experience in change management, consulting, digital transformation, customer success, project management, product management, or digital solution implementation. * Ability to structure communication, engagement, training, adoption, and stakeholder management plans. * Solid understanding of complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders, hierarchical levels, and multidisciplinary teams. * Skill in translating technical information into simple, objective, business-value-oriented messages. * Proficiency in facilitating meetings, interviews, presentations, workshops, and alignment sessions with diverse audiences. * Analytical mindset to interpret feedback, consolidate learnings, organize information, and propose action plans. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, ownership mindset, and ability to manage tasks with both executive and operational oversight. * Familiarity with corporate tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Miro, Planner/Jira/Azure DevOps, or similar. * Ability to operate in an agile context, collaborating with squads, product owners, delivery leads, business analysts, engineers, and domain specialists. * Availability for interactions with global teams and, occasionally, participation in in-person meetings, workshops, or trainings. **Nice-to-have qualifications include:** * Prior experience in digital transformation programs within capital-intensive industries such as Oil \& Gas, energy, mining, manufacturing, pulp and paper, chemicals, or
