If you seek to work in real-world, complex, and highly critical environments, this is your opportunity to join a team that lives and breathes cybersecurity every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a **PMO (Project Management) Intern** to support the tracking and control of our project activities, contributing to deadline organization, inter-departmental communication, and visibility into delivery progress. This person will have the opportunity to experience project management routines in a technology environment, observing various IT4US departments, identifying areas requiring attention, assisting in status updates, and contributing to improvements in tracking processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor daily project activities via Jira, tracking deadlines, statuses, and deliverables across departments; * Identify tasks approaching their due date or already overdue, contacting responsible parties to understand scenarios, challenges, and newly estimated deadlines; * Support the control and updating of project information, ensuring records remain organized and up to date; * Prepare concise reports on activity status, identified pending items, justifications, and agreed-upon new deadlines; * Support periodic communication of project indicators and status to leadership; * Maintain an organized history of all follow-ups conducted and updates received; * Assist the PMO team in organizing project management routines and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in tracking deadlines; * Proactive, analytical profile with a strong sense of responsibility; * Ability to communicate effectively across diverse departments and professional profiles; * Knowledge of or interest in project management tools (Jira and ClickUp); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar); * Academic or professional experience in tracking projects, processes, or metrics; * Interest in building a career in Projects/PMO. **Additional Information** 100% Remote Immediate start **Benefits and Incentives** * Structured career development plan * Incentives for technical courses and certifications * Birthday day off **It4us Cyber Security** is a corporate-market company with a successful track record in executing cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.
