Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and performance indicators (KPIs), continuously monitoring success metrics. Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and clients, presenting project progress updates, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation plans. Manage project scope, costs, timelines, and quality, ensuring an effective balance between technical requirements and business needs. Facilitate clear, objective, and assertive communication among all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and engaged environment. Monitor team productivity and performance to ensure operational efficiency. Support change management and demand prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders and the PMO, aligning expectations and outcomes. Ensure adoption of best practices in governance, compliance, and organizational corporate guidelines, guaranteeing compliance at all levels. Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior leadership and decision-making committees, providing strategic and evidence-based information to support decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience managing medium- and large-scale projects. PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Scrum Master certification is a significant advantage. In-depth, practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), traditional methodologies (Waterfall), and hybrid approaches. Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills to engage and influence audiences ranging from operational teams to executive leadership. Strong analytical capability and strategic vision for decision-making. Intermediate or advanced English (preferred).
