Job Opening: Occupational Safety Engineer We are seeking a strategic professional with a management focus to serve as an Occupational Safety Engineer, directly contributing to strengthening the safety culture, indicator management, and internal process development. Key Responsibilities: * Manage occupational safety programs and processes; * Monitor indicators, action plans, and departmental results; * Develop and implement accident prevention strategies; * Manage documentation, audits, and legal compliance; * Collaborate with leadership to strengthen the safety culture; * Coordinate training sessions, campaigns, and preventive actions; * Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory standards; * Support occupational risk management and continuous improvement of processes. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy); * Experience in occupational safety management; * Knowledge of indicators, audits, and labor legislation; * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and analytical mindset. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in fuel transportation companies or other transportation sector enterprises; * Operational and logistics environment experience; * Experience managing teams and projects; * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools.
