We are seeking a **Scaffolding Master** with a profile that is **responsible, safety-conscious, and committed**, who operates with a focus on quality, operational discipline, and teamwork. Here, you will join a team that values respect, care for people, and pride in wearing the PLAMONT uniform. **This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request and use personal protective equipment; * Review the service schedule, including tasks to be performed, location, equipment, and available workforce; * Gather the team and escort them to the job site; * At the job site, contact the client (operations) to obtain authorization for the service (Equipment Release); * Assign service tasks and supervise/orient each step of the work; assist in execution if necessary; * Conduct inspections to verify full completion of the service; * After service completion, request the presence of the supervisor and contract inspector to evaluate the work; * Verify site cleanliness; * Notify the client to lift the equipment restriction; * Request transportation for retrieval of tools and materials; * In case of any interference, proactively inform the supervisor and/or client responsible for the respective service and take necessary corrective actions; * In the absence of the foreman or upon request, prepare the Daily Work Report detailing executed activities and submit it to immediate management; * Comply with company and client procedures regarding Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Administration, observing defined responsibilities and controlling records as stipulated in the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Café Voucher; * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Plan; * Partnerships with universities and other institutions, encouraging continuous development and professional growth.
