Professional **Job description and responsibilities:*** Read and interpret construction drawings;
* Quantify materials and labor;
* Generate daily site reports;
* Participate in ERP training (Mega, Approvo, Senior X, Mobuss, Autodoc, GD4, and Collaborative);
* Understand CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention);
* Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue);
* Understand NRs (Regulatory Standards);
* Be familiar with the Quality Management System;
* Participate in integration meetings between TARRAF employees and third-party contractors;
* Begin quality control monitoring (reports, project tracking, CQE – Certificate of Execution Quality, traceability of applied inputs, PQO – Construction Quality Plan);
* Verify and record executed services according to CQE, PES – Service Execution Process, and specific project requirements;
* Perform contractor measurements for approval per guidance from the Tutor – GO (Site Manager);
* Submit system-based material and service requisitions following company procedures, tracking delivery dates for materials and services;
* Prepare contract annexes (Annex I – described activities under the contract; Annex II – physical schedule aligned with the contractual timeframe) and contract termination documents (Annex I);
* Monitor planning/physical schedule (construction progress) of activities;
* Jointly with the Tutor – GO, attend meetings with contractors to define goals and scope of work;
* Monitor preparation/implementation of the Databook (construction warranty documentation);
* Track revised project documents and replace obsolete ones; open tickets in Autodoc under immediate supervisor’s supervision;
* Participate in safety and quality audits and review their outcomes;
* Monitor site operations, identify discrepancies and contractor difficulties, and report them to the GO;
* Support cost planning;
