There is much more to build. **Job Description:** The ideal candidate should demonstrate interest in technology, business processes, and digital transformation, and be willing to engage consultatively with clients. The role involves supporting and leading the implementation of the Areco ERP system, understanding diverse business areas, and translating operational and strategic needs into efficient system solutions. You will collaborate on implementation projects, participating in all phases of the implementation journey — from initial client engagement through to system go-live — contributing to solution adoption, process standardization, and the successful digital transformation of Areco’s clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct project kick-off meetings; * Assess client compliance and alignment; * Configure Areco systems; * Train Areco users; * Perform system validation and reproduce business processes within the Areco system; * Support go-live activities; * Attend meetings with managers; * Develop and execute the implementation roadmap according to schedule; * The ERP Implementation Analyst’s mission is to deeply understand the client’s business and, leveraging our systems, ensure optimal user experiences for Areco customers. **Work Mode: On-site** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, IT Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience implementing ERP systems, covering various project stages including requirements gathering, configuration, validation, and go-live; * Knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server) for data analysis and validation; * Proficiency in Excel for data organization, tracking, and monitoring; * Experience in process mapping and improvement; * Strong facilitation skills for conducting meetings, training sessions, and presentations; * Willingness to travel as required by project demands; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior consultative experience working directly with clients, focusing on process understanding and value delivery; * Knowledge of English and/or Spanish.
