




Job Summary: This professional will provide assistance and supervision for installation project management, prepare projects and reports, and serve customers both in person and virtually. Key Highlights: 1. Project management assistance and supervision for installation projects 2. Preparation and interpretation of project documents and reports 3. Customer service and on-site support * Assist and supervise the management of projects within the Installation Department, in coordination with team leaders; * Develop calculation spreadsheets; * Collaborate with the team to resolve problems and challenges; * Prepare and interpret projects, reports, and emergency plans; * Calculate direct and indirect costs; * Supervise teams at construction sites; * Schedule the commencement of construction and installation activities; * Prepare budgets and submit them to the Operations Manager; * Serve customers in person and virtually via phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp; * Operate company vehicles; * Prepare, complete, and collect signatures on construction and maintenance contracts; * Complete spreadsheets, internal systems, and CRM entries; * Conduct monthly project handovers to customers.
