Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and applicable legislation. Restructure and oversee committee activities, monitor indicators, propose improvements, and ensure the effectiveness of initiatives. Promote, train, and support the implementation of a continuous process improvement culture. Ensure compliance and effectiveness of management systems. Monitor performance indicators and results. Propose continuous improvements to processes and initiatives. Guarantee the effectiveness of implemented actions and projects. Previous experience as Quality Manager, Process Coordinator, Quality Management Supervisor, or Compliance Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
