Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer to lead strategic initiatives ensuring high productive performance, safety, and regulatory compliance in the chemical industry. Serve as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams **We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to work at a chemical industry company located in Barueri/SP, with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This professional will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that ensure high productive performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- **Activities:** * Implement and sustain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices to maximize equipment reliability; * Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) indicators, ensuring increased efficiency and reduced losses; * Manage operational costs, proposing solutions for resource optimization and improved profitability; * Ensure compliance with process safety standards, mitigating risks in chemical operations; * Guarantee adherence to ANVISA regulations and applicable ISO standards for the sector; * Lead continuous improvement projects and promote a culture of operational excellence; * Serve as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams, providing support and training. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Solid industrial experience, preferably in the chemical sector; * Advanced or fluent English proficiency; * Advanced knowledge of TPM, OEE, and continuous improvement methodologies; * Experience in cost management and performance indicator analysis; * Familiarity with ANVISA regulatory standards and ISO certifications (e.g., 9001, 14001); * Strong expertise in process safety and risk management; * Ability to lead teams and drive strategic projects; * Residency in and/or availability to work in **Barueri/SP.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in industrial management or process safety. * Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion \& Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
