About the role We are looking for a Solutions Architect to work on a strategic technology transformation project, leading the modernization of a critical bank reconciliation system. This position will play a fundamental role in defining the architecture of the new solution, ensuring robust integrations, high performance in financial transaction processing, and a scalable, resilient, and secure platform. We are looking for a person with strong technical capability, strategic vision, and the ability to connect business needs with the best architecture solutions. Responsibilities ✔ Map the current architecture (AS\-IS) and define the future architecture (TO\-BE) for the replacement of the bank reconciliation system. ✔ Design integration strategies between systems using APIs, messaging, and pipelines for high-volume transactional processing. ✔ Define architecture patterns in the AWS environment, ensuring security, scalability, resilience, and observability. ✔ Act as an interface between business areas and technical teams, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and architectural solutions. ✔ Support strategic technical decisions and promote architecture governance throughout the project cycle. ✔ Create and maintain architectural documentation using best practices, such as the C4 Model, sequence diagrams, and integration flows. ✔ Contribute to the continuous evolution of the architecture, promoting sustainable solutions aligned with market best practices. Requirements ✔ Solid experience as a Solutions Architect or Software Architect. ✔ Mastery of the Java ecosystem and microservices-based architecture. ✔ Practical experience with AWS services, including SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, RDS, and other platform components. ✔ Experience with processing large volumes of data using Apache Spark or similar technologies. ✔ Experience in projects in the financial segment, especially with bank reconciliation, payment methods, PIX, or Open Finance. ✔ Knowledge of integration architecture and distributed systems. ✔ Communication skills to work jointly with technical and business areas. ✔ Experience in creating and maintaining architectural documentation. Differentiators ➕ Experience in migration, modernization, or restructuring projects for financial systems. ➕ Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Event\-Driven Architecture). ➕ Experience with observability, monitoring, and DevOps best practices. ➕ Certifications in AWS or solutions architecture.
