Autonomy and opportunity to develop new projects. **What will be your mission at Macfor?** * Lead and inspire the creative team, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables; * Translate briefs into clear and impactful concepts for 360° campaigns; * Create and supervise strategic narratives that connect brands with diverse audiences; * Present and defend ideas to clients and senior executives; * Collaborate with other agency departments and remain hands-on in copywriting and conceptualization. Requirements: **What are we looking for in this role?** * Previous experience as a copywriter, with progression into creative leadership roles; * Solid experience in advertising agencies (Preferred: healthcare client accounts); * Portfolio featuring integrated campaigns and strong command of copywriting and storytelling; * Ability to manage and develop multidisciplinary teams; * Capacity to combine strategic vision, creativity, and practical execution.
