Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, organizing, and managing operational activities; supervising teams; and ensuring project quality in the industrial and civil construction sectors. Professional development and training **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Execute construction and/or project planning and scheduling; Organize and manage the company's operational activities, ensuring project efficiency and quality; Supervise and coordinate technical teams, guiding and training professionals to meet established goals, deadlines, and objectives; Review and adjust construction reports, painting reports (including measurements and photos), schedules, final project books, and other relevant documentation, as well as conduct team training; Train new foremen, technical assistants, and applicators; Ensure maintenance and recertification of ISO 9001 and other certifications; Implement the 5S methodology internally and externally on construction sites; Ensure foremen perform the quality process after applying Zebron (Holiday) product line. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Minimum 6 years of experience managing general construction projects within industrial service provision and/or civil construction and painting sectors; Knowledge of performance indicator development, technical reports (RDO and RP), integrated management systems, and project management; Full availability for travel. **COMPETENCIES:** Proactivity; Organization; Leadership; Emotional Intelligence; Strong people and conflict management skills. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT **LOCATION:** Pinhais | Paraná | Atuba Neighborhood **SALARY:** To be negotiated **BENEFITS:** Transportation voucher (VT), Meal allowance (VA: BRL 800.00), Food voucher (VR: BRL 24.00/day), Unimed health plan with co-payment after probation period. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break. **MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:** Bachelor's degree **DRIVER'S LICENSE:** Category B Availability for travel
