Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising retail construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budget. Will manage suppliers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, as well as organize documentation and support project execution in Recife, Salvador, Fortaleza, and Aracaju. Requirements: We seek a Mid-level or Senior Civil Engineer with experience in short-duration retail construction projects and challenging schedules. Experience working with construction companies is desirable, along with solid expertise in third-party management and behavioral traits including a strong sense of urgency, initiative, negotiation skills, leadership, and interpersonal ease.
