Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Construction Engineer to manage construction projects end-to-end, ensuring schedule adherence, quantity and cost control, and subcontractor management. We are undergoing structured growth and seeking a **CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER** to manage small- and medium-scale construction projects end-to-end, ensuring schedule compliance, rigorous quantity and cost control, and robust management of subcontractor relationships. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage end-to-end execution of small-to-medium-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with physical\-financial schedules. Control construction quantities (materials, supplies, labor), preventing waste and cost overruns. Manage, negotiate, and contract subcontractors — utilize and expand our own regional network of qualified subcontractors. Periodically report project KPIs defined by the company (schedule trend, cost trend), feeding the management dashboard. Be accountable for the Project P&L under your management — each project is treated as an independent business unit, with revenue, cost, and margin tracked and reviewed periodically. P&L formatting and consolidation is supported by the controller/PMO; the engineer is responsible for the results reflected in that P&L. Ensure construction quality and workplace safety at the site. Serve as the technical interface between pre-construction and commercial departments, conveying necessary information for accurate planning of each phase. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering (with active CREA registration); Proven experience managing small-to-medium-scale construction projects, ideally across multiple cities or regions. An established local network of subcontractors is a strong advantage — reducing mobilization time in new locations. Proficiency in physical\-financial scheduling and quantity control. Ability to read execution drawings and construction budgets.
