Description: Act as deputy to the Sales Manager or, in their absence, coordinate, guide, and supervise the store's sales operations to meet established targets within defined commercial conditions, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties * Responsible for sales management and customer service at the parts counter or by phone, adhering to routines established by the Sales Directorate, promoting the sale of parts and accessories, identifying customer needs, providing information, checking inventory availability, and communicating pricing and payment terms. * Ensure quality processes and sales routines as defined by the Directorates, applying them daily at the assigned branch. * Execute daily sales routines as prescribed by the Sales Directorate to achieve established targets. * Motivate the team by maintaining a positive work environment; * Ensure excellence in customer service at the store; * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, payment conditions, and sales discounts. * Advise customers on part specifications and recommend complementary parts or products. * Contact prospective and existing customers. * Register orders in the system. * Acquire new customers via email and phone. * Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by superiors. * Maintain an organized and clean workplace in accordance with the Quality Project.
