Responsibilities include supporting planning, monitoring metrics, identifying risks and impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring the quality of the delivery flow. **Key Responsibilities:** * Facilitate agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Review, Retrospective, and Refinement sessions. * Support the organization and tracking of squad deliveries. * Monitor metrics such as Lead Time, Throughput, Aging, WIP, Bugs, and SLA. * Ensure proper use of management tools, such as Jira and Confluence. * Monitor risks, impediments, and dependencies, supporting their resolution in collaboration with teams. * Support Product Owners and Tech Leads in organizing and prioritizing demands. * Track action plans arising from retrospectives, problem analyses, and process improvements. * Support the preparation and execution of PI Planning and other governance rituals. * Consolidate information and metrics for leadership follow-up. * Promote agile best practices and encourage continuous team improvement. * Act as a facilitator across business, technology, and operations areas. **Requirements:** * Experience working as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role. * Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile metrics. * Experience managing workflow, predictability, and metric tracking. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile management tools. * Analytical ability to interpret metrics and identify improvement opportunities. * Strong communication and group facilitation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Agile certifications (PSM, PSPO, KMP, SAFe, or similar). * Experience with PI Planning and scaled environments. * Knowledge of flow metrics and data-driven governance. * Experience in software development operations with multiple squads. * Knowledge of change management (CAB, GMUD, Releases). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Work Location: Remote (Business Hours / BR)** **Who is Insi?** We are a consultancy specializing in digital transformation.
