Want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **About the Position** ------------------- We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our continuous development and delivery platform built on Azure DevOps. The professional will be responsible for ensuring quality, security, traceability, and automation throughout the corporate applications’ lifecycle, supporting frontend development teams (.NET, C\# and VB.NET) and backend teams (SQL Server). The environment features mature CI/CD processes, change control, automated code validations, integration with SonarQube, branch governance, pull request approvals, and multiple publishing environments. **Key Responsibilities** **Azure DevOps and CI/CD** * Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. * Implement pipelines using YAML. * Manage artifacts and promotion strategies across environments. * Automate build, validation, and deployment processes. * Implement rollback and recovery strategies. * Administer and maintain Azure DevOps Server. **Code Governance** * Define and maintain Git branching strategies. * Administer pull request policies. * Implement code approval and review controls. * Ensure traceability between code, work items, and changes. * Support teams in using Git and best practices for versioning. **Quality and Security** * Administer integrations with SonarQube. * Define and monitor Quality Gates. * Implement security and compliance controls within pipelines. * Ensure adherence to publishing policies and environment segregation. **Database** * Support pipelines related to SQL Server objects. * Version scripts, stored procedures, views, and other database artifacts. * Support database deployment and change control processes. **Integrations and Automations** * Integrate Azure DevOps with corporate tools (Jira, SonarQube, among others). * Develop automations for process validations and business rule checks. * Support continuous improvement initiatives for the DevOps process. **Platform Support and Evolution** * Serve as the technical reference for DevOps topics. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes. * Support developers during investigations of pipeline and deployment failures. * Produce technical documentation and operational procedures. **Mandatory Requirements** * **FLUENT ENGLISH FOR CONVERSATION** **DevOps** * Experience with Azure DevOps (Services or Server). * Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. * Advanced knowledge of YAML Pipelines. * Experience with Git and branching strategies. * Knowledge of Pull Requests, Code Reviews, and Branch Policies. **Development** * Knowledge of Microsoft applications: * + C\# + .NET Framework / .NET + VB.NET * Ability to analyze build errors and application dependencies. **Database** * SQL Server. * Database scripts. * SQL object versioning. **Quality** * Experience with SonarQube. * Concepts of: * + Code Coverage + Static Code Analysis + Quality Gates + Technical Debt + Vulnerability Management **Infrastructure** * Windows Server. * Basic administration of application servers. * Knowledge of networking, authentication, and permissions. * Build agent management. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with on-premises Azure DevOps Server.
