Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within one of Phiz's value streams, working on our super app with operations in Brazil and China. Cross-cultural environment with autonomy and fast-paced rhythm We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within one of Phiz's value streams, working on our super app with operations in Brazil and China. You will be responsible for translating business problems into product solutions, leading the full discovery and delivery lifecycle, and acting as a bridge between teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's OKRs; * Conduct continuous discovery: user research, data analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder interviews; * Write clear and actionable *PRDs*, and lead refinement sessions with Engineering, Design, and Product Owners; * Prioritize backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment; * Monitor success metrics, interpret release results, and iterate based on evidence; Ensure quality through the Product validation flow (QA PO PM* PD); * Participate in company-wide product rituals (quarterly planning, weekly MT, releases); * Work in a cross\-cultural Brazil/China environment, with fluent communication in Portuguese and English. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Product Manager for high-scale digital products; * Experience with mobile apps serving an established user base; * Proven track record of *end\-to\-end* product launches, covering both *discovery* and *delivery*; * Proficiency in prioritization frameworks and OKR definition; * Experience with SQL for autonomous analysis and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 or similar); * Ability to interpret technical API documentation; * Experience with discovery frameworks; * Autonomy, ownership, and comfort operating in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments. * Experience in super apps, fintechs, communication platforms, super\-apps, or B2B/B2G integrations is a plus; * Advanced English (Mandarin is a plus). **Additional Information** Phiz is a super app that unifies messaging, payments, content, and services in one place — all with genuine privacy, advanced technology, and an experience designed around its users.
