Optimize processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency Job Details: Responsible for working in the furniture production department. **Requirements:** \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering or related fields (preferred); \- Experience in carpentry, with focus on industrial furniture production; \- Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials used in production. \- Availability to work in Eusébio and during scheduled hours. **Responsibilities:** \- Analyze project specifications; \- Plan and monitor production; \- Lead and guide the work team in carrying out activities, monitoring performance, advising on proper equipment usage and workplace organization; \- Ensure adherence to production deadlines; \- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.800,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
