This role focuses on planning, executing, and managing 360-degree communication projects, ensuring narrative consistency, alignment with institutional positioning, and business value generation. The professional will act as a partner to internal departments and leadership, demonstrating analytical insight, autonomy in project execution, and the ability to translate technical and strategic topics into clear, relevant, and effective communications. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * Plan and execute 360-degree Corporate Communication projects, integrating diverse channels and internal and external audiences; * Develop and deploy institutional narratives aligned with the global strategy and local context. * Ensure message consistency, tone of voice, and brand positioning across all communication fronts. * Produce and conduct critical review of strategic content, ensuring clarity, quality, and institutional alignment; * Manage local content for Hitachi Energy’s digital channels, in alignment with global guidelines; * Guide and support content production by the team, ensuring high editorial standards. * Manage communication projects, including scope, budget, schedule, deliverables, and priorities; * Manage vendors and agencies, ensuring quality, strategic alignment, and timely delivery; * Monitor communication performance indicators, analyze results, and propose continuous improvements. * Collaborate with internal departments and local and global leadership, understanding business objectives and translating them into communication solutions. * Support strategic initiatives related to corporate reputation, organizational culture, sustainability, and institutional positioning. * Contribute to the evolution of processes, workflows, and best practices in Corporate Communications in Brazil. * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising and Publicity, or related fields; * Solid experience (minimum of 4 years) in Corporate Communications, preferably within medium- or large-sized companies; * Strong writing, argumentation, and critical content review skills; * Experience in planning and managing communication projects; * Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including leadership; * Fluent English (mandatory) * Intermediate Spanish (desirable) **All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
