Plan and lead communication and engagement initiatives DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to design and implement change management strategies for corporate projects. Map impacts on processes, people, and culture. Plan and lead communication and engagement initiatives. Develop and support training and capacity-building activities. Partner with leadership as a change agent. Monitor adoption metrics and propose adjustments. Produce change-support materials and tools. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of change management activities, including impact mapping, communication development, training coordination, and adoption metric tracking. Design and implement change management strategies for corporate projects. Map impacts on processes, people, and culture. Plan and lead communication and engagement initiatives. Develop and support training and capacity-building activities. Partner with leadership as a change agent. Monitor adoption metrics and propose adjustments. Produce change-support materials and tools. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Proven experience in Change Management. Prior involvement in transformation projects (digital, organizational, or process-related). Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or similar). Strong communication, group facilitation, and storytelling skills. Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and hierarchical levels. Completed undergraduate degree. ADDITIONAL ASSETS Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, etc.). Experience in agile projects or innovation environments.
