The professional will handle both technical and people leadership, driving continuous team improvement, code quality, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop software engineering teams * Monitor and guide the full development lifecycle (planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-deployment) * Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications * Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to prioritize demands * Track team quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics * Support strategic architecture and technical decision-making * Foster team growth through mentoring, feedback, and performance development plans (PDIs) **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience in software development and technical or people leadership * Knowledge of software architecture (microservices, REST APIs, messaging systems) * Experience in card acquiring (card transaction processing) * Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Knowledge of software architecture (microservices, REST APIs, messaging systems) * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, version control) * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience managing deliveries and technical planning **Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired)** * Experience with embedded systems * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) **Qualifications** ------------------ * Team leadership * Quality metrics * Card acquiring **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
