We are seeking a **PIS/COFINS Tax Analyst** to act strategically, directly contributing to business decision-making and result optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and recover PIS/COFINS, IPI, and ICMS tax credits; * Perform corrections of ancillary obligations (EFD, SPEDs, DCTF, GIA, etc.) to ensure compliance; * Organize in strict order all documents related to tax planning; * Participate in drafting technical opinions and preliminary responses to tax inquiries; * Research and apply current tax legislation, monitoring legislative changes and case law; * Serve as the primary point of contact, leading meetings, presenting results, and clarifying doubts; * Consolidate, review, and technically validate work performed by the operational team, ensuring legal grounding, consistency, and risk mitigation; * Assess risks and advise clients on appropriate methods for utilizing tax credits; **Key Departmental Challenges:** * Identification of overdue tax credits and tax audits **Prerequisites:** * Knowledge of tax legislation, case law research, and substitution of tax obligations. * Degree in Law, Accounting, or related fields * Experience in tax consulting, with focus on review, validation, and recovery of tax credits; * Technical expertise in PIS/COFINS, IPI, and ICMS; * Critical analytical ability, technical validation skills, and capacity to mitigate tax risks; * Experience preparing reports, technical opinions, and executive presentations; * Conduct tax planning; * Provide technical support to the technology team, among others.
