Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, on-site ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and enhance internal systems supporting call center and collections operations. * Build integrations among dialing platforms, CRM, WhatsApp, IVR, APIs, and operational systems. * Develop automations for operational processes, reporting, and customer service workflows. * Participate in requirements analysis and elicitation with Operations, MIS, Planning, Quality, and IT departments. * Ensure application stability, performance, and security for operational use. * Create and optimize database queries to support both operational and strategic needs. * Develop dashboards, monitoring tools, and solutions aimed at improving operational productivity. * Provide technical support, troubleshoot defects, and continuously improve systems. * Maintain technical documentation and standardize development processes. * Provide technical support to development and infrastructure teams. * Participate in technology innovation projects, digital transformation initiatives, and efforts to improve operational experience. * Monitor system performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience as a Senior Programmer/Developer. * Experience in call center, collections, customer service, or telecommunications companies is a strong advantage. * Advanced knowledge of web system development and integrations. * Proficiency in programming languages such as: * C\# * Experience with REST APIs and cross-platform integrations. * Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. * Experience with stored procedures, views, queries, and database optimization. * Experience with dialing platforms, CRM, IVR, or customer service tools is a plus. * Knowledge of Git version control. * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, and process automation is considered a plus. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
