We seek collaborative professionals with an integrated project vision and willingness to work or build a career in Brazil's Northern Region. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Developing, integrating, and updating project schedules, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and execution of work fronts. Managing and monitoring projects, potentially interfacing with PMO and governance routines. Applying planning methodologies and techniques focused on productivity, critical chain, pull planning, and operational efficiency. Structuring and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and performance management routines to support decision-making. Designing and improving workflows and processes with emphasis on rhythm, predictability, and continuous improvement. Using Problem Solving tools for structured analysis and resolution of problems. Participating in change management initiatives, process standardization, and dissemination of best practices. Leading alignment sessions, training, and multidisciplinary interactions with project teams and leadership. **Requirements:** Experience in planning for industrial, infrastructure, or mining projects. Experience with planning tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Knowledge of executive planning, physical control, and construction progress monitoring. Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and stakeholder relationship management. Willingness to work on projects in Brazil's Northern Region. **Advantages:** Prior experience in mining projects. Experience in large-scale CAPEX projects. Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and indicator management. Experience with Lean Construction and Last Planner System methodologies.
