Monitoring of external services **Job Description:** ---------------------- Receive and analyze maintenance diagnostics, identifying priorities and essential details required for execution. Schedule maintenance activities, specifying: operator, materials, deadlines, and other necessary details to ensure efficient execution. Maintain active communication with the Maintenance Supervisor, relaying information regarding scheduled service orders and any additional required data. Route service orders requiring managerial evaluation—such as outsourcing of services or disposal of items—to appropriate authorities. Obtain quotations from service providers, evaluate proposals, and submit them for approval in accordance with company policy. Prepare items for external maintenance or quotation, requesting transportation for dispatch and return to the resort.
