**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.

**We are currently seeking a Logistics Supervisor who will perform the following duties:**
* Plan, assign, and supervise daily activities of documentary logistics teams;
* Monitor operations conducted at hospital units in person;
* Ensure proper packaging of documents into archive boxes;
* Supervise identification and labeling of boxes, ensuring record traceability;
* Ensure correct execution of photographic documentation of boxes (photolabel);
* Supervise pallet assembly and organization for transportation;
* Monitor team productivity and track achievement of established targets.\-Identify operational deviations and implement corrective actions immediately;
* Ensure proper handling of documents, preserving their integrity, organization, and confidentiality.\-Guide, train, and monitor employees regarding operational procedures and safety standards;
* Prepare operational reports and report activity progress to project coordination;
* Support daily logistics planning, including team distribution and monitoring of travel between SIA/SCIA and hospital units;
* Act as the interface between the operational team, project coordination, and hospital unit managers;
**Requirements:**
Technical Requirements:
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields;
* Experience supervising operational teams;
* Experience in logistics operations, document management, or material handling;
* Availability for on-site work across various hospital units in the Federal District;
* Availability for daily travel between SIA/SCIA and hospital units;
* Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills;
* Ability to make decisions and solve problems;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
