We are seeking a **Civil Engineer** to perform **technical and managerial supervision of civil construction projects.** The professional will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget constraints. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Monitor and inspect the execution of civil construction works; · Control schedules, progress measurements, and status reports; · Coordinate field teams and service providers; · Ensure compliance with technical standards, approved designs, and applicable legislation; · Support preparation of budgets, descriptive specifications, and technical reports; · Enforce safety and environmental regulations at construction sites; · Conduct technical site visits and meetings with clients and suppliers. **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering**; Active registration with **CREA**. **EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role; · Experience in construction site supervision; · Knowledge of construction planning and control. **SKILLS:** · Microsoft Office suite; · Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD); · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; · Basic knowledge of Obra Prima system or similar software; · Driver's license class B. **BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS:** · Immediate or short-term availability; · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; · Strong teamwork orientation; · High adaptability; · Proactive, results-oriented profile; · Organized and detail-oriented.
