We’re waiting for your application!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technical supervision of construction sites, assistance in planning (schedules and costs), material estimation, review of construction drawings (reinforcement, formwork, installations), and preparation of reports. Interns serve as a bridge between academic theory and practical site experience. * Site Supervision (Field): Assistance in inspection, concrete placement control, verification of formwork and reinforcement, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Planning and Budgeting (Office): Support in developing schedules, measuring third-party services, controlling material inflow and outflow, and quantifying materials. * Project Management: Verification of design compatibility (architecture, structure, hydraulics) and requesting revisions when necessary. * Documentation: Preparation of daily site logs, photographic reports, and technical reports for validation by the responsible engineer **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in administrative, financial, engineering (Civil, Production, Environmental), Interior Design, or related fields; * Preferably in the 4th semester or later; * Availability to work 6 hours per day; * Seeking professional growth and development **Additional Information** **Working here, you’ll enjoy:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Totalpass * MetLife life insurance **Build the future with us!** For over 60 years, we’ve transformed dreams into homes.
