Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to support sales representatives, with a focus on proposals, pricing, orders, and strategic support to the sales team, requiring self-management and analytical thinking. This professional will serve as the seller's support, directly handling proposal preparation, pricing, and order processing. Main Responsibilities: * Provide strategic and operational support to the sales team; * Assist in organizing and maintaining commercial documents. * Update and manage control spreadsheets and performance results. * Update and manage customer and opportunity databases. * Prepare reports and presentations for the sales team and management. * Lead internal projects and develop long-term strategies. * Initiate and monitor internal protocols. * Support management whenever necessary. * Competence in self-management and collaboration with diverse teams. * Analytical mindset to develop and implement strategies focused on process optimization. * Experience in commercial back office. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Interpersonal Skills "Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and amicably, both in writing and verbally.
