Responsibilities: * Develop, supervise, and coordinate HVAC installation projects in accordance with technical standards, legislation, and quality requirements; * Manage schedules, budgets, deadlines, and performance indicators to ensure project delivery as planned; * Perform technical calculations and prepare reports, expert opinions, and documents based on data and surveys; * Use BIM tools (Revit, SketchUp, Vectorworks, AutoCAD) for project development; * Interact with clients, suppliers, and other technical disciplines to propose solutions and ensure proper project execution; * Request necessary resources and tools for task execution, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is preferred; * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; * Knowledge of REVIT and BIM methodology; * Prior experience in developing HVAC projects; * Experience with commercial and retail projects.
