**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist with administrative activities related to the transportation department, including report preparation, spreadsheets, and document control.
* Maintain updated and organized records of all transportation operations, fiscal documents, and vehicle records.
* Assist in coordinating and planning transportation routes, ensuring time and resource optimization.
* Monitor route execution and communicate any necessary changes or adjustments to drivers.
* Track the vehicle fleet, monitoring performance.
* Perform control, scheduling, and coordination of transportation operations, overseeing loading, transshipment, and unloading of cargo.
* Verify transportation equipment safety conditions via photos or checklists.
* Monitor the Delivery Management System.
* Maintain contact with drivers to ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
* Hire freelance drivers by negotiating freight rates within the margin authorized by management to meet departmental demands.
* Complete driver information forms and consult drivers through the risk management provider.
* Issue CT-e (Electronic Freight Bill), Electronic Manifest, CIOT (Transportation Operation Identification Code), and Service Invoice to comply with transit documentation regulations.
* Monitor freight registration via system to meet regulatory requirements.
* Control delivery confirmation documents to process payments and build internal controls.
* Recharge toll TAGs via system.
* Provide courteous support and customer service, clarifying transportation-related inquiries and resolving delivery issues—ensuring all customer concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.
**For this position, we require (mandatory):**
* Completed High School education
* Six months of experience in the transportation field, including driver hiring and delivery follow-up.
* Knowledge of traffic laws and transportation regulations
* Proficiency in transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite

* Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) – On-site
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM
* Must reside in Jundiaí or in a region with easy access to the Medeiros neighborhood.
