Ready to join us? **About the Agency** **WEBER SHANDWICK** We are a globally recognized earned-media communications agency, celebrated worldwide for our creativity and leadership—and acknowledged for our impact in PR and marketing. **About the Role** The Analytics function continues to grow rapidly, and we’re looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to lead the agency’s data, measurement, and intelligence function, working cross-functionally across diverse accounts, internal teams, and strategic stakeholders. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and evolve measurement strategies aligned with client and agency business objectives; * Lead analytics projects—including onboarding new clients, scoping, metric governance, and documentation; * Develop proprietary frameworks, indices, dashboards, and performance tracking models; * Conduct media, PR, social listening, and reputation analyses—transforming data into strategic insights; * Lead, develop, and monitor the Analytics team’s performance—supporting demand prioritization, deadline management, and resource allocation; * Serve as the technical reference point for complex issues—supporting analysts and other teams facing non-routine challenges; * Participate in briefing, kick-off, and alignment meetings with internal and external stakeholders; * Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable analytical solutions; * Review executive reports and presentations—ensuring strategic narrative coherence and audience-appropriate language; * Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, process improvement, and adoption of new tools; * Support freelance and ad-hoc demand management when needed; * Contribute to building a data-driven culture—knowledge sharing and functional evolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in Analytics, Data Intelligence, BI, Measurement, or related fields; * Hands-on experience analyzing media performance, social listening, and/or PR Analytics; * Experience implementing analytics projects, metric governance, and developing measurement frameworks; * Knowledge of PR, paid media, social media, reputation, and digital performance metrics; * Experience building dashboards, executive reports, data storytelling, and generating business-relevant insights; * Prior people leadership experience—including managing team priorities, deadlines, and delivery quality; * Ability to operate cross-functionally—connecting technical teams, account service, planning, media, and leadership; * Advanced or fluent English (required for leading meetings and delivering presentations). **Additional Information** * PJ contract; * Cost-of-living allowance; * Birthday Day Off; * Wellhub.
